Carpet Stain Removal

Most stains can be successfully removed. We can remove grease, tar, rust, food stains, urine, feces, wax, and gum just to name a few. There are many factors that come into play when guaranteeing removal of all stains. There are a few key elements that are of importance, how long the stain has had to penetrate the fibre, what the stain is, the type of fibre and if it has already been treated with anything. We will let you know ahead of time what our educated assessment is on a successful removal.

Carpet Odour Remediation

Odour remediation can be accomplished if the source of the odour can be pin pointed. We can remove the smell of smoke, cats, dogs, urine, feces, vomit and food. When the source of the odour is determined, we will then use the appropriate method to fix the problem, usually involving deodorizers, sanitizers, under pad treatment and a cleaning.

Burn Removal (Carpet Patching)

Burn removal can be done in two ways. First is by shaving the burnt fibre down to the undamaged part of the fibre. If the burn is too severe there may not be any healthy fibre left under the damaged area. If that is the case then we can cut out the damaged area and replace it with a piece of carpet that is in good or similar condition. Usually this replacement carpet is taken from a closet. The new piece is then installed and seamed in place. We will not promise you it can be fixed if we feel it cannot.
