Tile & Grout Cleaning

Tile and grout cleaning can be frustrating and time consuming for the consumer if done by hand. With the right tools it can be accomplished without back breaking labour and with great results! We use cleaning agents to prep the tile and grout and then agitate to break down the soil. We make sure every grout line and tile has been scrubbed. Depending on accessibility, we use either a truck mounted unit or a commercial portable unit to clean the tile. Our tools are specially designed to peel the dirt right off the tile. Water comes out at about 1000 psi at a temperature of 180-220 degrees Fahrenheit. All the dirt, cleaning solution and water are sucked back into the truck.

Grout lines are usually the most noticeable when they get dirty. If you look at the grout closest to the wall you will see how it should look. To keep it looking this way, once cleaned, it is recommended that grout lines be sealed to keep dirt from being absorbed into the grout and staining it. We do offer a sealer as the final step.
